Competitive Bricklaying is committed to providing customer satisfaction by:

1.  implementing its Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System in relation to complying with standards, specifications, codes of practice and statutory obligations, which are relevant to quality management;
2. monitoring, maintaining, reviewing, auditing and continually improving the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System
3. providing suitable and sufficient resources to implement and maintain the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System;
4. engaging suitably qualified, skilled, and experienced employees, educating and training in order to continually improve the skills of our employees and ensuring employees have awareness and knowledge of quality issues and practices;
5. identifying, reporting, investigating and resolving all non-conformances and taking immediate action to prevent a repeat of the non-conformance;
6. establishing, reviewing and communicating performance measures and taking action to improve the outcome.
7. monitoring and evaluating the quality performance of all consultants, subcontractors and suppliers and effectively communicating with them on quality and compliance issues
